Fuck War

This series explores ambivalence, situated halfway between the cult of war objects, which fascinate me, and the resulting violence, which repulses me. By associating this brutal conflict with a punk album, I wanted to show the absurdity of armed conflicts.

The alternation of archive images treated with a red filter reminiscent of the blood shed to combat communism, and photographs of a (Franco-) Vietnamese woman in front of these objects of destruction, conveys the emotions that come to me when I am confronted with this narrative.

This edition takes us back to Prehistoric Chrome, by Gee Tee.
